Nonprofit case study

Practical digital support for community-facing work.

A three-part body of volunteer and nonprofit work across Colombia and Nicaragua. The common thread is helping purpose-led teams make their website, content and search foundations more useful without losing sight of the work happening beyond the screen.

01

Volunteer project in Colombia

A platform helping international visitors explore volunteer experiences in Colombia, from farming and coffee work to tourism and English teaching. The digital work focused on making the opportunity, information and route into the project clearer for prospective volunteers.

02

FEM Cartagena

Digital strategy and delivery for FEM Cartagena: keyword research and planning, content strategy and writing, web design direction, platform migration, content sign-off, on-page SEO, a technical audit and an off-page SEO strategy. The work supported its digital foundations; it does not claim credit for the organisation’s wider community outcomes.

03

Inanitah, Nicaragua

Support for Inanitah on Ometepe, Nicaragua: an eco-sanctuary and self-sustaining community project that also hosts somatic healing retreats. The work covered brand and personal-site positioning, keyword and content mapping, content writing, web design and development, internal linking, on-page SEO and an off-page content strategy.

How the work is presented

Useful evidence without borrowing credit.

Recorded portfolio evidence across this body of work includes a 230% increase in page views, Core Web Vitals pass rates above 90% and stronger keyword coverage. Those are combined signals from the work, not a claim that one project or one person created every result.
