How I can help

SEO, AI search and web content strategy that gets ideas moving.

I look at the whole picture: what people need to find, what the site needs to do and what the team can actually make happen. Sometimes that is a clear recommendation. Sometimes it means getting stuck into the practical work too.

What that can include

The practical work behind the advice.

The right scope depends on the situation. I can work from a focused audit through to the practical changes and coordination that follow.

Technical SEO and site change support

Audits, crawl investigation, on-page SEO, canonical checks, redirects, migrations, multilingual considerations, robots directives and XML sitemaps. The aim is to identify what needs attention and give the people making changes a clear route through it.

Pages, content and landing copy

Page, blog and landing-page copy shaped around the question people are trying to answer, the offer being made and the action the site needs to support. That can include content briefs, keyword and topic mapping, editing existing pages, internal-linking opportunities and creating a practical route from research through sign-off and publication.

Website platforms and practical builds

Hands-on work in WordPress, including Divi and Gutenberg. I also have working exposure to Webflow, Joomla and Magento, so I can help teams make sensible decisions across a mixed site estate.

Research, analytics and reporting

Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Screaming Frog, Sitebulb, Ahrefs, Semrush and Looker Studio can help turn site and search data into a usable picture of what is happening.

Delivery coordination

Project, freelancer and budget management to keep briefs, priorities, handovers and practical delivery joined up. I can help turn a strategy into clear tasks for an internal team or developers, sequence priorities, brief specialists, review work against the objective and keep the right decisions moving.

Off-page SEO and visibility guidance

Advice around outreach, backlink acquisition, social media marketing, paid promotion and partner channels. I can help define a sensible brief, choose the right specialist and keep that activity aligned with the wider strategy, rather than present outreach as an in-house core service.

How I work

How I work: directly with clients or as a trusted part of agencies.

I can lead a focused piece of work, work alongside an in house team or join an agency project as a contractor or partner.

The aim is always to make the next decision clearer and delivery less tangled.

Questions worth answering

A few practical answers before we talk.

If you are working out whether the work is a fit, these answers should help.

Do you work with agencies?

Yes. I work with agencies as a contractor or delivery partner, either client facing or behind the scenes. I can contribute audits, research, migration support, strategy and practical delivery in a way that fits the team and project.

Is this only SEO?

No. SEO is often where the conversation starts, but the right response can include web design, content writing, UX and usability, customer journeys, UX copy and practical site changes. I look at the whole experience rather than treating search in isolation.

What tools do you use?

Depending on the job, I work with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Screaming Frog, Sitebulb, Ahrefs, Semrush and Looker Studio, alongside the CMS and workflow tools the team already uses. Where it helps, I can also make a small practical tool when a spreadsheet or off-the-shelf option does not give the team what it needs.

Can you help with a migration?

Yes. I can help plan the search and content side before a move, identify risks during it and check what happened afterwards. The work is designed to give the team a clear view of what needs attention at each stage.

What work are you available for?

My main focus is consulting, agency partnerships and project based work. I may consider the right full time role when the fit is strong, but it is not my main focus.

Can you manage the whole project?

I can help coordinate scope, priorities, freelancers and budgets where that makes delivery clearer. The exact role is agreed at the start.

Can you delegate work and priorities to our team?

Yes. I can turn recommendations into clear, prioritised tasks for developers, content teams or other specialists, explain why they matter and review the work against the agreed objective.
